It sure has been a while....

I did the unthinkable....I abandoned my blog for over six months. It has indeed been a very ridiculous half a year. Ridiculism and Portland did not mix well, so I decided to transfer to The New York Academy of Art. Two weeks from today I will be in New York City, with hopes that my vision will gain wider acceptance within a new community. It has nearly been a year since I launched Ridiculism in Paris, and it will be a year that I shall never forget. How odd it is that 364 days can radically shift everything within one's life. I have been forever changed, and assuredly those changes will continue to shape my work and the movement I am creating. Tonight, I sit in my childhood bedroom in rural Alabama and think back over the course of my life...it has been unique...it has been eccentric...it has and will continue to be utterly ridiculous. I love change! The road ahead will be scattered with pitfalls and yet with that fact fully understood I venture forward with the utmost sense that success is just around the corner.
